To give you more of an insight into the services of Commatic, here are a few case studies.

Commatic were approached by start-up business Freight Agents United for advice on setting up a website to promote their new business.

Freight Agents United aims to match the requirements of companies wanting to send freight to another country with freight forwarders or carriers working in the selected destination.

Commatic designed and constructed an initial four page website for Freight Agents United which included an online form for the submission of requirements to the company. We also advised them on search engine marketing, including Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising, and methods of accepting payment over the internet.

Commatic look forward to working with Freight Agents United in the future and wish them 'Good Luck' with their new venture.

When new owners took over a select group of holiday cottages in the beautiful Cotswold village of Bibury, Commatic were called in to design and construct a new web site for the new owners.

Bibury Holiday Cottages had not had its own web site before, but the new owners, Roger and Jenny, realised the potential of having a web site built to raise the profile of the cottages and act as an online brochure for visitors from the UK and abroad.

Commatic registered some relevant domain names for the cottages and proceeded to design and construct a new web site. Working closely with the owners of the cottages, Commatic were able to provide a web site solution that was in keeping with the high quality of the cottages.

Two years on, Commatic and Bibury Holiday Cottages still work closely together, and the owners now get a large amount of enquiries and bookings from people who have found the cottages using the internet.

The working relationship between Commatic and The Old Brewhouse is similar to the relationship between Commatic and Bibury Holiday Cottages.

The owners of The Old Brewhouse, Rose and Derek, called Commatic because they wanted a new web site for their bed and breakfast business.

Years later, Commatic and The Old Brewhouse still work together and Commatic have recently provided IT training to the owners who were keen to increase their day to day knowledge of computers.

The Old Brewhouse are regularly congratulated on their web site, and George himself has said that some of the photos taken by Commatic are worthy of Homes & Gardens magazine.

Services provided by Commatic - Spyware and Virus Removal

After installing broadband on his home computer Mr. Dix found that within a few days it had ground to a halt with reports of viruses and and pop-ups ruining his computing experience.

After searching the Internet for local companies who could provide a PC Health Check service Mr Dix called in Commatic.

Our on-site visit meant that Mr Dix did not have to disconnect his computer and deliver it to us.

Within a couple of hours Commatic had removed all of the viruses and spyware, We left the computer performing as it would have done when Mr Dix first bought it (in fact, after performing a few system tests and changing some system settings it probably performed better!)

We also talked Mr Dix through the steps he needed to take in the future to keep his PC running smoothly, and told him how to clean spyware and viruses from it should it be infected in the future.

Richards Walford have been a client of Commatic for a number of years now, and we provide a full range of IT support, maintenance and consultancy services to their Oxfordshire office.

One of the most recent services provided to Richards Walford by Commatic was the installation of an Internet Telephony (or VoIP) solution.

They make a large number of overseas and by installing a new VoIP handset and VoIP software they are now able to make calls all over the world for just over 1p per minute. A significant saving over "traditional" landline phonecalls.

GRW Buy-Lines (GRW) are one of our longest standing customers. The working relationship between Commatic and GRW started when the owner of GRW phoned us to enquire about contracting us to build a web site for his business. We have been working together ever since and have installed various hardware and network infrastructure (starting with wired networking and moving to wireless networking a couple of years ago).

Commatic continue to work with GRW and are happy to continue such a long standing working relationship with them.
